Version 0.45 is released

Hello War Gamers! 

It's time for the next update - version 0.45. The main focus remains on structures, and I've incorporated some neat ideas suggested on the discord server. Structures now come in three varieties, and can be degraded by attacking them. 

Structures will start as a "Buildings", meaning structures with a floor, walls on all sides, a roof, and room inside for at least one squad. 

When they are damaged the first time, a Building will degrade into "Ruins", a structure with a floor, walls on all sides, room inside for one squad, but no roof. This opens up the possibilities for a new weapon type that will be introduced in the next major version - the mortar. 

When damaged a second time, Ruins will degrade into "Rubble", a structure with a floor, at least one wall, and room inside for one squad. I would like to make a fully interactive environment, and this is a major step toward that goal. 

The second focus of this update is simplifying all range and distance calculations to use basic units of the length of a standard 2x4 Lego brick. Photos are included to avoid confusion, and I think this will end up being both more immersive and also more intuitive. The new ranges I picked also translate fairly cleanly into mm and inches, in case you still wish to use a traditional ruler. 

Finally - though not present in the Rules document yet, I continue to flesh out the lore of the universe. I'm getting a ton of great feedback on the discord server, and bit by bit I'll be releasing more and more of the story here. But if you want to hear it first, make sure to join.
