Incremental update - version 0.32 released

I'm glad to release another minor update this week. Bit by bit, I have been laying the ground work for features I plan to introduce soon. As always, I want to make sure the core rules work well before making changes. 

I think I've arrived at a good balance between simplicity and fun, but what do you think? 

Feedback and commentary is very welcome.
